Accident between two motorboats on Friday afternoon 200 meters off the coast of Tremezzina (Como), in the area of the Lido di Lenno, on Lake Como. A boat carrying eleven Belgian tourists, between 20 and 25 years old, with a house on the lake, it would have hit a second motorboat with three people. Tourists were water skiing. The hit boat would have reported extensive damage e one of the passengers died shortly after from the very serious injuries sustained in the impact. The two who were with him were injured. The clash that took place in front of Villa Balbianello, a jewel of the Fai. According to some witnesses, the motorboat with the Belgian party on board was water skiing, the other boat was stationary on the lake.

The firefighters, the emergency vehicles, the 118 helicopter, the carabinieri of the Menaggio company and the agents of the local police of Tremezzina are at work. Rescuers transported the injured to the Lenno pier and then transferred them to the hospital.
