A 15-year-old teenager was shot in the head in Grenoble (Isère) this Tuesday evening, in the middle of the street. A second 17-year-old boy was injured “in the leg by a shot”specifies the deputy public prosecutor, François Touret, confirming information of Dauphiné. The two attackers, who were on a scooter, are on the run.
The events occurred around 10 p.m. “at 5 place André-Malraux in Grenoble, at 5 place André Malraux in Grenoble”indicates the magistrate. A 15-year-old boy was fatally shot in the head. “He had been declared guilty by the children’s judge of Grenoble on June 18, 2024 for possession of narcotics and concealment of property resulting from the unauthorized transfer of narcotics, he was the subject of a judicial educational measure including a ban on appearing in the Carrara district in Echirolles”details the prosecutor.
“He was referred on September 6, 2024 for possession of narcotics, concealment of property resulting from the unauthorized transfer of narcotics, refusal to hand over the decryption key of a means of cryptology; he was to be judged on November 16 for these facts. He had been placed under judicial supervision, including a ban on appearing in the Hoche district and the obligation to respect a placement; he was placed in the EPE; (educational placement establishment, editor’s note) from Corenc and declared a runaway since October 22, 2024 at 5:45 p.m..
The second victim, aged 17, was treated by SAMU doctors and transported to Grenoble University Hospital. The teenager
“was the subject of a conviction by the children’s judge of Grenoble on October 7, 2024 for acts of concealment of theft and carrying a category D weapon. He was also indicted on July 17, 2024 by the investigating judge of Grenoble for extortion with a weapon and attempted theft with a weapon committed in 2021”adds the same source.
An investigation into the counts of assassination and attempted assassination was opened, and entrusted to the Organized and Specialized Crime Division (DCOS), formerly the judicial police.
