A 14-year-old teenager claims to have been raped in the middle of the street on Wednesday in La Garde in the Var, learned this Friday BFM Toulon Var from a police source confirming information from Actu 17.
At midday, the teenager was at a bus stop located on the avenue of the first Pacific marine infantry battalion, when he was approached by his alleged attacker.
According to the victim’s account, the 42-year-old man then dragged him into a small isolated park, before raping him and then fleeing.
An open investigation
The man was arrested a few minutes later by a municipal police patrol after a relative of the victim launched the alert. The suspect is already known to the police for similar facts and had more than one gram of alcohol in his blood at the time of the facts, according to information fromNews 17.
An investigation was opened and entrusted to the police officers of the departmental security.
