A 100% virtual Beauceronne company gala

The Saint-Georges Chamber of Commerce (CCSG) will hold its 32nd Beauceronne Company Gala on Saturday, May 29. For the first time in its history, the event will be held virtually.

The finalists for the different categories were announced on March 18 on social networks (see table). Under the honorary presidency of Garaga, the gala will take place from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the theme Passion and technology open doors for you.

“We would like to highlight the resilience, the adaptability and the way of transforming challenges into opportunities for local entrepreneurs. These are always important entrepreneurial qualities. They will have been even more in demand this year, ”says Martin Gendreau, co-president of Garaga.

Director General of the CCSG, Annie Gilbert warmly thanks the companies that submitted their candidacy to win a Jarret Prize.

“The main purpose of the gala is to highlight the exceptional work of local businesses, which influence our daily lives and our economic dynamism. The year 2020 will not have been easy. The business world has had to show resilience and several companies have had to reinvent themselves, ”she recalls.

Companies did not have to provide a nomination book for the Trophies awarded to the Business Man and Woman of the Year. These will be awarded by the CCSG on the evening of the gala, at the same time as the Jarret Mention honorifique, the Jarret des Présidents and the Jarret d’Or.

Comedian Michaël Rancourt will host the evening. Different packages are offered to entrepreneurs wishing to attend the gala. For more information, click here or dial 418 228-7879.
