Who can get funding under Clean Air?
Let us recall that the Clean Air program was launched in September 2018 and, according to the assumptions adopted by the government, is to last until 2029. The aim of the program is to improve air quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by exchanging heat sources and improving the energy efficiency of single-family residential buildings.
A tool in achieving the above-mentioned objectives of the Clean Air program is co-financing of projects implemented by beneficiaries entitled to the basic level of funding and beneficiaries entitled to an increased level of funding.
According to the data cited by the Wprost.pl website, by mid-October this year, over 172,000 jobs were submitted through provincial funds for environmental protection and water management. applications for co-financing, for a total amount of almost PLN 3.3 billion. The budget of the Clean Air program for 2018-2029 is approx. PLN 103 billion.
Meanwhile, not everyone knows that last week, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) started collecting applications for funding under the second part of the Clean Air program. Documents can be submitted on October 21, i.e. from last Wednesday, and you can receive almost 40,000. PLN.

Importantly, applications for co-financing may be submitted by households with lower income. In the case of multi-person households, according to Money.pl, the income per person in a family may not exceed PLN 1.4 thousand. PLN, while in a single-person household the income may not exceed PLN 1960.
Persons wishing to apply for funding under the Clean Air program must remember to attach to the application a certificate of the average monthly income per one household member. Such a certificate is issued by the commune.
