Applications for funding from the Bavarian Wine Fund must be submitted by October 31 at the latest. The Bavarian State Institute for Viticulture and Horticulture in Veitshchheim (LWG) reminds of this. The application form and a leaflet on funding can be downloaded from the Internet at www.lwg.bayern.de. Since the introduction of the Bavarian Wine Fund on January 1, 2002, the LWG has made around 19 million euros available through the statutory duty to specifically promote the sale of wine. According to the state agency, around one million euros have been invested in the market every year for the past 18 years.
