This is how the state of alarm and curfew will be applied in Galicia: the measures

Curfew of eleven at night to six in the morning and meetings of no more than five people. Waiting for the government of Galicia rule on the decree of state of alarm
announced this Sunday by Pedro Sánchez, these are some of the measurements that govern the community to try to stop the coronavirus infections.

Galicia only allows meetings of five people throughout the Community, measures that are even more stringent in Santiago, Ames (A Coruña), Ourense and other towns in this province. Thus, in Santiago and Milladoiro, for example, there can only be householder meetings. The same happens in Ourense, Verín and Carballiño.

Up to 37 Galician municipalities are at maximum alert level

The number of Galician municipalities in the maximum alert level, on the 3rd, due to the incidence of the coronavirus in the last week it has risen this Monday to 37, six more than the previous day, and already includes the seven large cities. Thus, in the last day the city of A coruña and the towns of Cambre and Muros, in A Coruña; Silleda and Soutomaior, in Pontevedra, and Ribadavia, in Ourense. In addition, according to the traffic light map updated daily by the Ministry of Health, repeat in level 3 for the pandemic the municipalities of Ferrol, Santiago, Pontevedra, Vigo, Ourense, Lugo, Carballo, Vimianzo, O Porriño, O Barco, Lalín, O Carballiño, Verín, Narón, Oleiros, Arteixo, A Laracha, Ames, Teo, A Estrada, Vilagarcía, Poio, Cangas, Salvaterra do Miño, Tui, Monforte, Fene, Marín, Redondela, Barbadás and Xinzo.

For the rest of the municipalities, Galicia is at level two of restrictions, something that particularly affects the gauges and the occupation of space. Thus, cultural activities such as theater, cinema or libraries have a capacity limited to 50%. Also, the hotel and restaurant industry has limited capacity in the premises by 50% and 75% on terraces and consumption in bars is not allowed. Shopping centers and small businesses also have capacity limited to half. In Santiago and Milladoiro the limitations in hospitality are greater and it is only allowed to serve abroad with a limitation of capacity on the terraces of 50%.



Group activities of more than five people are not allowed, monitor included. The capacity in zoos is also reduced to 50% and to a third in the case of indoor spaces.
