SURABAYA, KOMPAS.com – Anna Suryanti filed a lawsuit for the second time to the District Court Surabaya.
He sued Bank Central Asia (BCA) about the loss of value storage area worth Rp. 5.4 billion 4 years ago.
The plaintiff’s legal adviser, R Teguh Santoso, said that Anna sued BCA and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in this case.
“Two years ago our client’s lawsuit was rejected by the Surabaya District Court because of lack of parties,” Teguh said, when confirmed, Monday (26/10/2020).
This year, his client again registered civil suit No.353 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN.SBY from Anna Suryanti, Tan Herman Sutanto, Tan Johan Sutanto and Vonny Susanty as plaintiffs and as defendants of BCA and OJK.

The second trial process, he said, is currently underway at the Surabaya District Court and is in the stage of evidence.
He said that his client in 1988 deposited his money at the BCA branch at Jalan Slompretan, Surabaya.
There are 9 deposits that she keeps in preparation for old age and the future of her children.
“Of the 9 deposits, 6 deposits are in the names of their three sons and daughters,” Teguh said.
His three children are Tan Herman Sutanto, Tan Johan Sutanto, and Vonny Susanty. Each of them received two deposits of Rp. 4 million and Rp. 5 million.
The other three deposits are IDR 10 million, IDR 4 million and IDR 5 million respectively.
In 2016, bringing the original deposit documents, his client came to the bank office to withdraw the deposit.
However, it is said that deposits cannot be withdrawn because they are forfeited and lost data. Total disbursed deposit funds were around Rp. 5.4 billion.
