WASHINGTON, Oct.25 (Reuters) – Nancy Pelosi said on Sunday that she intended to retain the presidency of the House of Representatives if Democrats retained control after the November 3 ballot.
“Yes,” the figure in American politics replied to a question from CNN asking if she wanted to keep her job.
80-year-old Nancy Pelosi became president of the lower house of Congress again when the Democrats regained control in 2018. She had held this post from 2007 to 2011.
