The police saw themselves forced to stop a big Halloween party in Bardu municipality in Troms and Finnmark county on Sunday night. It was arranged at a school, and the infection control measures were “not in order”.
The police reported the party at 00.38.
– Nothing was taken care of in terms of guest list, access to hand alcohol and the 1-meter rule, says operations manager in Troms police district, Jørgen Ahlquist, to Dagbladet.
He estimates that 50 to 60 minors were present at the party.
#Bardu: The police end a Halloween party with a number of minors present. The party was at a school. The tenant was a man who was not present. Nothing was on the mtp guest list, access to hand alcohol etc. recommended by FHI.

– They were drunk, and no attempt was made to register the participants, says Ahlquist and points to the challenges of a possible infection detection.
The police thus decided to end the party in accordance with the advice and recommendations given by national health authorities.
– The tenant was a man who was not present either. It was a minor family member of his, and was listed as a co-organizer, but that does not hold, says the operations manager.
The party was not organized by the school.
