Survey: how do Latvians evaluate the latest government decisions to combat Covid-19 in Latvia

The majority or 46% of Latvians evaluate the government’s actions and decisions to combat Covid-19 in the last two weeks positively, according to a survey conducted by the research company Kantar TNS, which is reflected in the TV3 program “TV3” program “900 seconds”.

On the other hand, 43% of the population evaluate the actions and decisions of the government to combat Covid-19 recently rather negatively.

One tenth or 11% of the population does not have a specific opinion on this issue.

It has already been reported that the new requirements include the mandatory use of face masks in public places, restrictions on gatherings for private events, with a maximum number of visitors of up to 30 people. The number of admitted visitors to public events has been similarly reduced – allowing to gather up to 500 people indoors and up to 1000 people outdoors.
