ROTTERDAM – A 42-year-old road inspector from Rijkswaterstaat was slightly injured shortly after midnight on Saturday when he assisted in an accident on the A20 near Rotterdam. A car had hit the guardrail there and had come to a stop in the middle of the road. One of the occupants knocked the road inspector to the ground.
