Concentration in A Coruña: Black umbrellas against sexist violence | Radio Coruña

The Maria Pita square this Sunday hosted a rally called by the A Coruña City Council in rejection of the “sexist violence” and in support and solidarity with the women who suffer them.

The mayor of A Coruña, Xulio Ferreiro, was in charge of reading the manifesto ‘In black against Sexist Violence’, in which he supported the commitment of the City Council in the fight for the eradication of violence against women, “showing, in addition, our firm rejection against the people who exercise them and against the complicity of those who silence them.”
