2 Hikers Photo Without Clothes in Gunung Gede Square, Viral

jpnn.com, CIANJUR – The Cianjur Police will legally process the perpetrators of b * gil photos in the Suryakancana Square area, Mount Gede, although they have not received an official report from the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park Center (TNGGP).

The perpetrator is considered to have troubled and committed a political act in a public place.

Cianjur Police Chief AKBP Mochamad Rifai said that even though there was no report, his party could process the perpetrator who made a b * gil photo because it was not a complaint offense, but to facilitate investigation and prosecution, his party asked the TNGGP manager to make an official report.

“There is no need for a report, action can be taken immediately because it is not a complaint offense. But to speed up the investigation, we need a report from the TNGGP manager,” he said, Saturday (24/10).

Even since the viral photo of two b * gil climbers that has made various circles nervous, he said, his party has ordered members to track down and arrest the account owner, while waiting for an official report from the manager where the photo was taken.

“We will continue to process it so that it does not happen again in the future regardless of the excuses of the perpetrators who make them nervous by posting their nude photos on social media. The perpetrators will be caught in the ITE Law,” he said.

Previously, the Cianjur TNGGP Center coordinated with the police to investigate the violations committed by two climbers who posed b * gil allegedly at Suryakancana Square, Mount Gede, because they were judged to have violated politeness while in the national park area.

“The TNGGP Center will coordinate with the authorities, the possibility of violating ITE and / or pornography-related laws and regulations, but the point is that the climber has violated politeness while in the national park area,” said Head of TNGGP Center Wahju Rudianto in his letter Thursday (22 / 10).
