Joint Leave, All BCA Branch Offices Do Not Operate

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk ( BCA) does not operate all branch offices for leave together on October 28 and 30, 2020.

Banking Weekend Services on 31 October and 1 November 2020 were also abolished.

However, President Director of Bank BCA, Jahja Setiaatmadja emphasized that banking transactions will continue to run normally in order to support the national economy through BCA mobile, KlikBCA Individu, or KlikBCA Bisnis.

“Even though the BCA branch office is closed during the joint leave, BCA is still present through a variety of digital services that are currently equipped with #BankingFromHome features,” Jahja said in a press release, Saturday (24/10/2020).

There are digital banking features that customers can access, including the QR feature on BCA mobile. This feature can be used by customers to pay for shopping transactions at merchants with QRIS payments.

The next feature is Cardless Cash Withdrawal on BCA mobile. This feature allows users to withdraw cash without an ATM card.

“This feature supports customers in a current situation that requires minimizing physical contact with objects or other things,” explained Jahja.

Most recently, BCA has an online debit feature. The Debit Online BCA feature gives customers flexibility in managing online transactions via BCA mobile.

“This new feature has 2 advantages, namely customers are able to control transactions and without limits. Customers can also activate or deactivate transactions, set limits and blocks, and use it as an online payment method both at home and abroad,” he said.

Apart from the BCA digital banking feature, the Halo BCA service can also be used for 24 hours by customers. Customers can call Halo BCA 1500888, type #halobca via Whatsapp at 0811 1500 998, access Halo BCA Chat at www. bca.co.id, or mention the Twitter account @HaloBCA.

Then, Pertamina B2B transactions will continue to be served on October 30, 2020 at 09.00 – 14.00 at 10 branch offices, namely KCU Matraman, KCU Galaxy, KCU Palembang, KCU Denpasar, KCU Malang, KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Medan, and KCU Madiun.
