KOMPAS.com – 4 year old boy on Field Sunggal, Medan City persecuted by his uncle and aunt with the initials JS (27) and SE (24).
The abuse was carried out because they were furious that the 4-year-old boy often urinated and defecated in his pants.
Since the last three months, this 4-year-old boy has been with his uncle and aunt after his mother and father were imprisoned for drug cases.
“Father and his mother are in prison for drug cases, this only one child,” said Sunggal Police Chief, Kompol Yasir Ahmadi. Tribunmedan.id, Friday (23/10/2020).
Apart from being beaten, the toddler was rarely fed by his uncle and aunt.

Bruised face and thirst
The toddler’s neighbor was surprised to see the 4 year old boy’s face was bruised. They then reported to the Hamlet Head Isak Azhari and proceeded to the police.
By the police, the victim was then evacuated and brought to the puskesmas for treatment.
“Just yesterday he came out, suddenly went to the front of his neighbor’s yard. Asked for a drink of thirst. There his neighbor saw him. Why are you bruising like that,” said Yasir.
From the confessions of the neighbors, they did not know the child’s condition because they did not often see the 4-year-old boy leaving the house.
