This week, Øystein Stray Spetalen, through the company Tycoon Industrier, appeared on Finanstilsynet’s short register after he shorted almost 505,000 shares in HydrogenPro while the share stood at NOK 30.
At the same time, the investor was on the list of the largest shareholders in the company. With 154,000 shares, he was the company’s 37th largest shareholder.
As is well known, the shareholder lists are a few days behind schedule, and today’s shareholder overview shows that Spetalen has got rid of the shareholding in HydrogenPro.
On Thursday, the share is traded for NOK 27.90, down 7.0 percent, which means that Spetalen already has a million profit on its short position.
On Wednesday last week, HydrogenPro was admitted to listing on Merkur Market. The issue and sale of a total of NOK 600 million, which was oversubscribed 14 times at the end of September, was priced at NOK 22.3. It valued the company at NOK 1.25 billion.
