The number of coronavirus infections in Poland is growing

12,107 new coronavirus infections applies to people from the following voivodeships: Mazowieckie (1579), Wielkopolskie (1516), Małopolskie (1331), Śląskie (1168), Kujawsko-Pomorskie (905), Łódzkie (863), Podkarpackie (777), Pomeranian (710), Dolnośląskie (610) ), Zachodniopomorskie (515), Świętokrzyskie (486), Lublin (411), Opolskie (404), Warmian-Masurian (311), Lubuskie (297), Podlasie (224).

Due to the sharp increase in infections in Poland, the government is to announce new restrictions on Thursday. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki recommended that all of Poland should be included in the red zone. Deputy Minister of Health Waldemar Kraska announced that the changes would apply to schools.
