Camilla gives brownies to frail elderly | Entertainment

entertainment">The Duchess of Cornwall heard from staff what the center is doing to help the elderly. During the visit, Camilla also made video calls with a number of elderly people who participate in virtual group activities via the center during the pandemic.

entertainment">The Pepper Pot Center assists the elderly with meals, care and advice. For example, employees bring meals along and they regularly call people who cannot visit the center themselves. The Duchess had also brought some sweet snacks with her during her visit. The brownies were added to packed lunches delivered to vulnerable members of the community.
