CHICAGO, KOMPAS.com – A woman of origin Michigan who was declared dead but was found breathing again in a funeral parlor last August is now truly dead, local media reported on Tuesday (20/10/2020).
Timesha Beauchamp on Sunday (18/10/2020) died at Michigan Children’s Hospital in Detroit, said CNN, quoting Geoffrey Fieger, the family lawyer of the 20-year-old woman.
“Our whole family is sad,” read the Beauchamp family statement. “This is the second time our beloved Timesha is pronounced dead, but this time, he will not return.”

Launch Xinhua News, Beauchamp died of suffering ” brain damage he suffered “after Southfield paramedics mistakenly declared him dead and failed to give him oxygen on August 23, Fieger said.
Sufferers cerebral palsy or the cerebral palsy has been in critical condition for several weeks in the hospital.
The Beauchamp family has filed a US $ 50 million (Rp. 732 billion) lawsuit against the City of Southfield and its first four responders at the time.

The family called 911 on August 23 after they found Beauchamp was unresponsive at their home in Southfield, Michigan.
The first four respondents then arrived at the location and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) before a doctor declared him dead. However, shortly thereafter, he was found still alive in a funeral parlor.
