On October 19, 2020, around 9:00 a.m., a physical confrontation broke out during a theory driving test in an examination room in Gutachstrasse, in which one person was slightly injured.
A 44-year-old man was caught violating the examination regulations during the exam. It was wired and had headphones in one ear. When the responsible examiner noticed this and asked for the man’s personal details, he tried to move away from the exam location. However, he was stopped by a security officer. As a result, there was a physical altercation in the course of which the security service employee was slightly injured.
The Titisee-Neustadt police have now initiated criminal proceedings against the man.
