Data on the coronavirus situation in France continues to be closely monitored. More and more departments are once again becoming areas of vigilance due to the active circulation of the virus. This Monday, October 19, 2020, 88 departments are in a situation of high vulnerability, all of France is in a state of health emergency and Paris, the Île de France and 8 metropolises have a curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Regarding the development of the situation Monday 19 October 2020, there is 13.243 new confirmed cases in 24 hours. There is therefore in total at least 910.277 people affected by coronavirus since the start of the epidemic in France. There is, this October 19, 2020, 7.978 new people hospitalized these last 7 days in France, including 1.441 new patients who were admitted in intensive care. 146 people are deceased in France during the last 24 hours, i.e. 33.623 au total.

The new card posting on the website of Ministry of Solidarity and Health Saturday, October 17, 2020 shows that the whole of France is now in a state of health emergency. Paris and allIle-de-France as well as the metropolises ofAix-Marseille, Small, Lyon, Grenoble, Saint Etienne, Rouen, Toulouse and Montpellier are in state of health emergency with a curfew introduced from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. since Saturday 17 October 2020.
