Fabric masks do not protect against coronavirus

Self-sewn fabric mouth masks do not protect against the corona virus at all. According to a study in the reputed medical journal The Lancet they should consist of 12 to 16 layers of fabric to be efficient. Yet the World Health Organization (WHO) and our scientists do not advise against wearing it.
