Audi presented two plug-in hybrid versions of the flagship Q8 crossover. In Europe, sales of the 55 TFSI and 60 TFSI models will start on 15 October. Prices for new items start at 75 351 and 92 800 euros, respectively. It is not yet known whether such versions of Q8 will appear on the Russian market.
Both hybrids are equipped with a 3.0-liter TFSI turbo petrol engine, electric motor, eight-speed gearbox and a lithium-ion traction battery located under the floor. The total power of the 55 TFSI version is 381 hp. and 600 Nm of torque. Such a crossover on one electricity can travel 47 km on a WLTP cycle.
As for the 60 TFSI modification, its power is 462 hp. and 700 Nm of torque. The power reserve is 45 kilometers. The Q8 hybrid accelerates to a hundred in 5.8 and 5.4 seconds, respectively. The maximum speed is 240 km per hour.

A total of seven driving modes are available to the driver – comfort, efficiency, auto, dynamic, individual, offroad and allroad. The latter is available only for cars with adaptive air suspension, which, depending on the specific road conditions, is capable of changing the ground clearance in the range of 90 mm.
The Q8 Hybrid’s boot capacity has been reduced by 100 liters to 505 liters. Outwardly, the novelties differ from the usual crossover only with special nameplates.
