The auctioneers of the Chartres Gallery (Eure-et-Loir) propose Saturday 17 October 2020 an exceptional auction.
Quite simply the collection of a lover of the Little Queen, inhabitant ofOrne, who wished to remain discreet and who contacted Alain Paris, one of the three auctioneers of the Galerie de Chartres to separate himself from all his objects.
Forty unique cycles
So many cycles, in such good condition, with truly exceptional pieces, the auctioneer admits to never having seen.
It must be said that this collector, former physiotherapist, lover of Tour de France, has collected some very beautiful pieces.

Fans will be able to look at racing bikes, some prepared for time trials, jewels from the 50s, 60s, 70s. Track bikes, cyclo-sportsmen, a Peugeot racing tandem and even a curious Cambodian bicycle taxi.
And hundreds of various objects
And then, this collection goes beyond bicycles since it includes dozens of books, very varied objects such as cans, jerseys, including an exceptional copy worn and signed by Laurent Fignon estimated from 500 to 1000 €.
Lots at very affordable prices for amateurs since they start at 20 €. It will be necessary to start paying more, in the range 400 to 800 € for beautiful pieces of the XIXth century, up to 1200 € for a cycle La Parisienne of 1894.

These vintage bikes will also be able to seduce a clientele of amateurs in search of original and quality cycles that have braved the decades as very trendy cycle touring or women’s bikes from the 60s.

Exhibitions: (subject to health provisions, wearing a mask is compulsory). 7 bis rue Collin d’Harleville in Chartres: Saturday October 17, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Sale from 2 p.m.

Withdrawal of lots:
The successful tenderers must imperatively withdraw their purchases before Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 12 p.m.
Possibility of withdrawing the lots on Sunday October 18 by appointment between 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.,
Monday 19, Tuesday 20 October between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. then from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday 21 October between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
After this period, the cycles will be transported to storage at the expense of the purchaser.
