During the day, criminal investigators intervened in dozens of places, including the FACR headquarters in Strahov, Prague. “Criminal prosecutions are being conducted against twenty people,” Lenka Bradáčová, the head of Prague’s chief prosecutors, confirmed to Práva.

According to a credible source of Práva acquainted with the police accusation, the case revolves mainly around Berbr and the sports director of the second league club Vyšehrad, Roman Rogoz. It is supposed to be a total of ten acts related to corruption and betting on specific football matches.

“Berbr and Rogoz have the largest share of those deeds, along with Káník (judge Michal Káník, note, ed.) and others, it revolves around them. Berbr has a bribe and some embezzlement, there are several amounts, in the order of hundreds of thousands, “said the source of Práva.

Slavoj Vyšehrad is said to be the “dominant football club” that is soaked in the case. “It concerns the second and third leagues,” the source added.
