A message already circulated on social media on Friday afternoon calling for ‘chaos’ in the Hague neighborhood. Images show that young people with hoods on and face coverings walk through the front of the neighborhood, that the fire brigade extinguishes a fire in a container, that a scooter has been set on fire and that a bus shelter has been destroyed. You can also hear loud bangs that are probably caused by fireworks.
The police therefore check motorists, cyclists and pedestrians who want to enter the neighborhood at various entrances to Duindorp.
