The enterprising hotelier decided to continue to provide clients with services in comfort and warmth, including refreshments from the restaurant. In Slovakia, unlike in the Czech Republic, catering companies can only serve customers on outdoor terraces.

The owner of the hotel and restaurant was able to resolve the unfavorable situation without violating government regulations. They pack food for customers as if they were taking it with them, but instead of the terrace it takes it to their hotel room. It provides boarders with free for half an hour.
According to the Slovak media, the idea worked and the hotel bursts at the seams thanks to an ingenious trick. The company’s employees thoroughly disinfect the room after each visitor.
“I hope that the authorities will not come up with a reason why I cannot perform this type of service,” the Nitra hotelier told the newspaper.
In Slovakia, some measures are much stricter than in the Czech Republic. From 6 am on Thursday morning, for example, there are compulsory curtains outside.
Before entering the shopping center, employees also measure the temperature of each visitor. If the device shows more than 37 ° C, the customer will not enter the store.
