Growth. Growth is among the cheeses with one of the lowest cholesterol contents. In 100 grams of product there are on average 53 mg of cholesterol. Growth also contains a good amount of high biological value proteins. It can constitute, in grammages of 30%, a valid alternative to meat and fish dishes.
