TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Tomorrow, Apple is holding a virtual event where we hope to see iPhone 12 for the first time, which will be launched on October 13 at 10.00 PT or 00.00 WIB on October 14.
While there are many reliable rumors about the price of the new phone, its specifications and potential capabilities 5G, one of the more interesting potential features we’ve heard of is the 120Hz screen refresh rate – double that of the iPhone 11.
The number of hertz a phone screen can display refers to the number of frames per second, determines how fast and smooth the phone screen is when you are browsing applications and web pages and how smooth the supported games are.
CNET, October 12, 2020, reports that four iPhone 12 models will be launched tomorrow: iPhone 12 Mini (5.4-inch), iPhone 12 and 12 Pro (6.1-inch), and iPhone 12 Pro Max (6.7-inch) .
Some reports say that the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will have a 120Hz refresh rate, while the basic iPhone 12 will have a 60Hz refresh rate.
Most phones – including the iPhone 11 – have a refresh rate of 60Hz. But several high-end models, including the Samsung Galaxy S20 and OnePlus 8 Pro, have 120Hz speeds, so it’s no surprise that Apple is adding them to its phones.
The iPhone 12 Pro models are also rumored to have Apple’s own ProMotion display, which you can find on the iPad Pro models. This technology dynamically adjusts views in the way content moves for more responsive and smoother scrolling.
Of course, we won’t know anything until the rumored iPhone 12 model launches Apple.
