Three Lions Team Wins 2-1

English appeared as the winner in the match against Belgium in advanced UEFA Nations League. Behind first, the team of three lions won 2-1.

England host Belgium at Wembley, Sunday (11/10/2020) evening WIB in the continued of the UEFA Nations League. The hosts conceded in the 16th minute due to Romelu Lukaku’s penalty.

Penalty is also the way for England to equalize the score in the 39th minute through execution Marcus Rashford. The first half ended in balance.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin almost stole Toby Alderweireld’s backpass in the 61st minute. Simon Mignolet readily read the situation and cleared the ball.

GOAL! England turned 2-1 ahead in the 64th minute. Mount stabbed into the middle then fired a shot which hit Alderweireld and outwitted Mignolet into the net.

Carrasco had a chance in the 72nd minute when he received a pass from De Bruyne. Pickford moved forward and Carrasco failed to beat him after his shot hit and was off the field.

Pickford failed to catch the ball perfectly in the 77th minute, but luckily his colleagues were swift to secure the situation. In the 82nd minute, Mount’s attempt hits and rolls off the pitch.

Chance for England in the 85th minute. Teamed up with Declan Rice, Rashford saw a gap and fired a powerful shot that just shot over the net.

Until the game is over, no more goals are scored.
