The online magazine Politico lists a number of names that have recently avoided answering whether they support Trump.
One of them is Texas Senator Ted Cruz. On Friday, he stated in an interview with CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that he is “worried” about the election.
According to the magazine, he warned that the election could “be a bloodbath of Watergate proportions” for his party. The 1972 Watergate scandal ended with the resignation of President Richard Nixon. Another name on the list is Senate Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
