Gold prices jump in Egypt, and the gram rises 8 pounds in Yo transactions

Gold prices jumped in the local market, during trading today, Friday, compared to their levels yesterday, and the price of a gram of 21 carat gold increased about 8 pounds today.

Naguib Club, General Secretary of the Gold Dealers Division in the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, previously told Masrawy that the price of a 21-gram gold gram today was 834 pounds, compared to 826 pounds yesterday.

The price of a gram of 18-carat gold was about 714.9 pounds, and the price of a 24-carat gram was about 953 pounds, and the price of a pound of gold reached 6672 pounds.

Globally, gold prices witnessed a rise during trading on Friday, bringing the price to 1914 dollars an ounce compared to 1892.3 dollars yesterday, according to Naguib.
