The number of coronavirus infections in Poland is growing faster and faster. Yesterday, the health ministry informed about 4,280 new cases – this is the largest number of people infected since the beginning of the pandemic. This infamous record was broken in just 24 hours – on Wednesday there were 3,003 infected. Yesterday, the ministry also announced the death of 76 people suffering from COvid-19. – As reported by the World Health Organization, 338,779 new infections were recorded only on Thursday, which is the highest result since the beginning of the epidemic.

One should not be surprised by the increase in the incidence of Covid-19 as Fr.for years, experts predicted such a situation – told PAP virologist Prof. Krzysztof Pyrć from the Jagiellonian University.

Mainland China has reported 21 new cases of Covid-19by 11 more than a day earlier – informed the health committee.

The Health Commission said in a statement that all new cases of Covid-19 were imported infections involving travelers who had come to China from abroad.
