The Nancy general prosecutor’s office has just appealed against the acquittal pronounced on October 2 by the Assize Court of Meurthe-et-Moselle against Virginie Fournier. She was accused of causing the death of Jonathan Prud’homme following a stabbing in 2016 in Briey.
