Knee injury
As a policeman tried to pull him out of the van, the teenager took the first step, dragging the policeman who sustained a knee injury. The latter nevertheless managed to seize the keys to stop the van, which almost mowed down a policewoman.
After denying the theft of the Sprinter, the teenager ended up explaining that after an evening in Villeurbanne, he saw this vehicle open, and had found the keys inside. He decided to use it to take a walk and take a friend home. He was left free with a summons to court for indictment.
In Bron, last January, a police officer had been killed by the driver of a van who refused to stop during a check.
