I replied: “Look, he is a person who has an exemption code for both income and pathologies, an extremely poor person and extremely sick. He cannot afford this expense ”.
“Absolutely, it’s not possible”, he told me, “we can’t accept the prescriptions, you have to see if they accept it in the hospital”.
Imagine if an over 80-year-old had really found himself in this situation – and there are many of them – what ordeal he would have to go through to have this type of health treatment.
We are talking about madness, that of interrupting the funds to the affiliated centers at a time like this.
