The relegation of Masr Club to the second division in Egypt was confirmed after Wadi Degla’s victory over Aswan in round 31 of the Egyptian We League.
Masr club had tied with Enppi this afternoon, Saturday, to raise its score to point No. 21, 12 points behind the first survival centers.
Egypt has four matches left, which will bring it to the 33rd point if it succeeds in winning all of them, but it will not be a survivor from relegation.
Masr will not be able to catch up to the 15th place in the league standings, which the Egyptian club occupies with 33 points, in light of the superiority of the Port Said team in direct confrontations.
Even in the event that the Egyptian club loses its remaining five matches, Masr will not be able to catch up with it in light of direct confrontations between the teams, according to the regulations of the Competitions Committee.
The relegation of Masr Club with Tanta to the second division has become certain, leaving only one team under threat that will be decided in the coming weeks.
The border guards “30 points”, Al-Masry “33 points”, Al-Gouna, Wadi Tigris, Aswan, Tala` Al-Jaysh, “34 points for each team,” Al-Ismaeli, “35 points,” El-Entag El-Harbi, “37 points,” and Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, “38 points,” are fighting to escape from Being in the last landing seat.
