The new online marketplace of the Czech start-up Carvago will offer a selection of more than a million used cars and a complete purchase from the comfort of home. The cars are inspected by a professional service and their condition is guaranteed by a one-year warranty.

As the first online car market in the European market, Carvago comes up with a unique concept of selling used cars, which will offer a selection of almost 1 million proven cars with a range of up to 160,000 kilometers and an age of up to 10 years. The company will also offer a number of additional services, such as financing (even for cars from abroad), insurance, extended warranty for 6 or 12 months with assistance services or delivery in front of the customer’s house within 15 working days.

At the same time, each car awaits a comprehensive CarAudit kontrola inspection, consisting of 270 inspection phases, the output of which is a detailed certified description of the technical condition of the car with complete photo documentation. At the European level, Carvago inspects cars with partners such as TÜV, Dekra or Pirelli. At the same time, together with the logistics giant Gefgo Carvago in Ovčary near Kolín, it operates the TechYard testing, service and logistics center.
In order for the company to be able to guarantee 100% the condition of the cars sold and provide a guarantee for them, it buys each car into its ownership before the final sale to the end customer. In addition to the warranty, Carvago also offers services such as registration, washing, MOT, minor service, polishing or interior beating.

The offer will first be available to Czech, Slovak and German customers, but gradually Carvago is preparing to expand to countries such as France, Benelux, Sweden, Italy or Austria. Subsequently, Carvago will expand to 17 European countries. Along with the expansion into other European markets, the expansion of the TechYard concept further into Europe is also planned.
