The sequel to the popular 2006 comedy about the fictional Kazakh journalist Borat, who visited the United States. It will be available on Amazon’s streaming platform in late October, shortly before the US presidential election.
Sasha Baron Cohen also plays the main role in the new tape, but the information about the plot is stingy. The tape makers only discover that it happened very quickly after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Problems were caused by the set limits, but the team was able to mobilize and complete the work successfully.
The name of the new tape is “Borat: Gift of Pornographic Monkey to Vice Premiere Mikhael Pence to Make Benefit Recently Diminished Nation of Kazakhstan” (“Borat: Gift of Pornographic Monkey to Vice Premier Michael Pens in favor of the recently shrunken people of Kazakhstan”).
Cohen also participated in and sponsored a far-right event in June.
The 2006 film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan earned $ 262 million worldwide and was nominated for several prestigious awards.
