Since the pandemic broke out in the United States, the family has lived in a renovated farm in New York State, where Amanda was able to experience her pregnancy in peace. During that time they received a lot of help from Seyfried’s mother Ann. “My mother lives with us, she is our nanny. Her help is great, it’s like having a third parent looking after the kids. I am very lucky to have her close to me, ”said Amanda in a previous interview.
The coronavirus has only brought the family closer together. “When my daughter wakes up she runs downstairs, where my mother is usually already because she is always up early. This allows us to sleep through the night and drink a cup of coffee together a little later, while Thomas feeds the animals outside. Although the pandemic is severe for many people, I feel fortunate that we are still together. In fact, my marriage has only gotten better. ”
