According to him, Terawan is a figure who has authority, access to budget and provides direction, even though there are many interests up there.
Najwa added that Terawan should be the figure who most aggressively fights for health interests.
“As long as the position of Minister of Health is still in his hands, responsibility cannot be separated from his shoulders,” continued Najwa.
Because Najwa Shihab had repeatedly invited Terawan and never came, he gave the chair and stage to the character he had hoped for.
