The Ministry of Economics (MoE) has developed a new Transport Energy Bill, which calls for the mandatory charging point for electric cars at all new filling stations.
The aim of the draft law currently under discussion is to promote the safe circulation of transport energy for human health and the environment. The draft law is also intended to ensure the development of alternative fuel infrastructure and public awareness of available and usable modes of transport energy in order to promote sustainable economic development and reduce greenhouse gas and air pollutant emissions.
The draft law stipulates that as part of the construction of new filling stations and the reconstruction or renovation of filling stations, it will be necessary to provide for the installation of electric vehicle charging equipment or at least one alternative fuel charging and / or filling point.
The new regulation is also intended to stipulate that the construction or renovation of parking lots in new public buildings and multi-apartment residential buildings will have to provide for the possibility of charging electric vehicles.
The draft law also provides for the obligations of local governments. Several municipalities have been encouraged to set up low-emission zones and to set specific conditions for the use of vehicles in these zones. Such zones will have to be established by the municipalities of cities where air quality limit values have been exceeded for three consecutive calendar years.
The new regulation also obliges cities with a population of more than 20,000 to ensure that at least 50% of vehicles use renewable energy from 2030 onwards.
The bill also provides for the amount of biofuel blend in the fuel. It is planned that biofuel or modern biofuel will have to be added to the 95th grade petrol in the amount of not less than 9.5 per cent by volume of the total volume of the mixture. 98. mark fuel will have to be no more than five percent by volume of the mixture. In turn, at least 6.5% by volume of the total volume of the mixture will have to be added to the diesel fuel.
