Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United takes place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, Sunday (27/9). Spurs winning 1-0 in the first half through a goal by Lucas Moura.
Tottenham Hotspur really dominated the fight. Harry Kane et al was able to fire 12 shots towards the goal. Compared to four shots Newcastle but all of them do not meet the field.
Newcastle goalkeeper Karl Darlow was able to perform brilliantly between the sticks. At the end of the match there is a drama which must be determined by VAR (Video Assistant Referee)
Andy Carroll’s header hit Eric Dier’s hand. Wilson advanced as the executor and successfully broke into Lloris’s goal.

The course of the match
The first half went, Tottenham Hotspur immediately appeared to attack. In the third minute, created a golden opportunity.
Giovani Lo Celso stepped forward as the executor of a free kick on the left side of the Newcastle goal. His shot headed smoothly into the top corner of the net, but Newcastle keeper Darlow was able to brush it off.
The rebound ball points to Harry Kane and was struck immediately, but Darlow moved quickly and brushed it back away.

The ninth minute, another chance for the Spurs. Harry Kane’s close-range header was again pushed over by Darlow with a quick reflex.
The Spurs had more control over the game, but got stuck in the penalty box Newcastle United. Instead, the visitors rely on counterattacks.

Starting with Harry Kane’s movement that went wide on the right side of Newcastle United, he sent a horizontal pass in front of the Newcastle goal. Lucas Moura managed to finish it perfectly.

27 minutes, the Spurs continued to press. Harry Kane’s curling shot from outside the penalty box can still be pushed over by Darlow.
Minute 31, Son Heung-min threatened. The shot was still hitting the post.
39 minutes, Harry Kane has not given up. Again he opened fire from inside the penalty box, but it was still wide.
