The auction house Guernsey’s has put belongings of the American pop star Michael Jackson, who died in 2009, for sale online. It concerns about fifty items from the singer’s estate that were acquired by a fan a few years ago. Among them the first record deal of The Jackson 5, signed by their father and band manager Joe, and the first acetate pressing of their single “Big Boy” with “Some girls want me for their lover” on the B-side.

Bidding on the Jackson lots is open until October 23. Works of art, bronze sculptures, decorative pieces and a wooden model of the Jolly Roger, Captain Hook’s ship in the classic Peter Pan, are also on offer. Michael Jackson would have received that as a Christmas present from his good friend and actress Elizabeth Taylor.
The King of Pop died at the age of 50 from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.
