“Charged” Peugeot 508 Sport Engineered is equipped with a three-engine power plant. It includes a gasoline engine and two electric motors located on the front and rear axles. The total output of the system is 360 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque. The 508 accelerates to “hundreds” in 5.2 seconds. The maximum speed is 250 kilometers per hour.
Both the liftback and the wagon are equipped with an adaptive suspension with three operating modes: Comfort, Hybrid and Sport. In addition, it has five driving modes. When switched to the Electric profile, the car will be able to drive 42 kilometers on electric traction at a maximum speed of 140 kilometers per hour. Hybrid mode will automatically switch between internal combustion engines and electric motors. Sporty settings will allow you to activate maximum power, while 4WD will provide maximum traction on slippery surfaces. Also available for the model is a hybrid Comfort mode for quiet driving.
