Drones: These five flying devices are the all-seeing eye of the DGT, which also has a fleet of 12 pilots specifically trained for their control. Helicópteros Pegasus: Currently the General Directorate of Traffic has 12 helicopters in charge of a group of 65 people made up of pilots, maintenance technicians, camera operators and administrative, logistics and engineering personnel. In addition to monitoring and regulating traffic, they are engaged in rescue, transport and night operations. They are currently distributed in seven locations: A Coruña, Madrid, Malaga, Seville, Valencia, Valladolid and Zaragoza.
