Dresden – Escaped the hell of Aleppo, died in Dresden. A six-year-old boy is with you a week before his first day of school accident lost his life. Killed by a speedster who allegedly competed in another car on Budapest Street (50 km / h mandatory).

Walid Bousalem (17) still has the sound in his head. “I came out of Lidl. Suddenly I heard an engine roar, then it cracked and splintered.”
It was the last moments in the life of Ali († 6). He, too, was shopping in the supermarket with two other friends and was on his way home.
Shortly before he left the two lanes and reached the sidewalk, he was hit by a Mercedes so violently that the small body was thrown like a bullet through the glass of the bus stop (“Schweizer Straße”).
A resident provided first aid and is said to have been harassed by the driver involved in the accident. Later the ambulance service took the boy to the hospital, where he died a little later (TAG24 reported).

Witness references indicate illegal car racing
Why did it have to come to this? In addition to the massive C-Class, a souped-up BMW was heading for the city center. “There are witnesses who point to an illegal car race,” confirmed police spokesman Lutz Milker (58).
“Against this background, an investigation has been initiated against the two drivers because of a prohibited motor vehicle race. The driver’s licenses of the two men have been secured.”
According to TAG24 information, initial rough estimates assume an impact speed of up to 90 kilometers per hour.
The Mercedes driver (31), like the BMW driver (23) of Syrian origin, was first released, but arrested on Sunday evening.
Apparently the investigators suspect a risk of escape, he should be on Monday Judge be demonstrated. He is also being investigated for negligent homicide.

With the alleged perpetrator, the investigators suspect a risk of escape
Shortly after the death crash, the mother and sister rushed to the scene of the accident. “It makes me very sad,” says the crying girl.
Ali originally came from Aleppo, but made it to Germany with his family via Turkey and the Mediterranean via Greece. “He would have started school next week in Dresden, he was so happy,” says a family friend, concerned.
There is just anger in the neighborhood: “The two cars are known in the area,” says a local resident. “They rush here all the time.”
Another of the family’s neighbors: “There are races like this all the time on the Budapest and Nuremberg races. I wanted to film it in secret, but a tree bothers me in front of my balcony.”
