Doom Eternal for the Switch in ‘very close’ • Gamingnation

Doom Eternal for the Nintendo Switch is coming soon, but ID Software does not dare to reveal an exact release date yet.

Times Pax Online x EGX Digital Doom Eternal’s executive producer Marty Stratton has announced that the Switch version is ‘very close’. The ID Software team would therefore like to talk about this version ‘in the near future’.

Stratton would (via Nintendo Everything) said he would like to be more specific. He also reads the comments and also sees that every topic of Doom Eternal asks for the Switch version.

Stratton goes on to say that the teams at ID Software and Panic Button are doing their best to make the “best possible version of the game.” However, it now also takes longer because everyone works from home.
