Dramatic road accident, in the night from Sunday to Monday, between Ottange and Volmerange-les-Mines. A motorcyclist was killed in a frontal collision with a car, on the D15, in a bend. The collision was fatal for Jean Mai, a 58-year-old man residing in Volmerange-les-Mines. The driver of the vehicle, a resident of Ottange, was shocked, was taken care of by the firefighters and transported to Bel-Air hospital in Thionville.

The investigation carried out by the gendarmes should shed light on the circumstances of this accident. Blood tests are being processed.
